About this species
Tropical White Springtails (Sinella curviseta) thrive in warm, humid enclosures and pair especially well with Cubaris and other tropical isopod setups. They reproduce quickly on moist substrate and help keep mould in check under leaf litter and bark.

- A small tub or culture cup with a tight-fitting lid to hold in high humidity.
- Diet:
- Mould, fungi, and decaying organic matter. Supplement with brewer's yeast, rice, or fish flakes.
- Temperature Range:
- Maintain temperatures between 65 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Reproduction:
- Continuously and extremely prolific under moist, warm conditions.
- Substrate:
- Charcoal and clay or moist soil. Keep it wet. Springtails need damp surfaces.
- Humidity:
- Maintain very high humidity; keep the substrate moist to wet at all times.
