Temperate White Springtails (Folsomia candida) are the go-to cleanup crew for Armadillidium, Porcellio, and Porcellionides colonies. They outcompete mould on damp substrate and break down waste without bothering your isopods. Ship as an active starter culture ready to sprinkle into a new setup.

- Enclosure:
- A small tub or culture cup with a tight-fitting lid to hold in high humidity.
- Diet:
- Mould, fungi, and decaying organic matter. Supplement with brewer's yeast, rice, or fish flakes.
- Temperature Range:
- Maintain temperatures between 65 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Reproduction:
- Continuously and extremely prolific under moist, warm conditions.
- Substrate:
- Charcoal and clay or moist soil. Keep it wet. Springtails need damp surfaces.
